မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ ရုရှားသံရုံးက ရုရှား-ယူကရိန်း ဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသည့် စစ်ရေးအခြေအနေနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ မြန်မာမီဒီယာအများစုအနေဖြင့် လုံလောက်မှုမရှိသော သတင်းအချက်အလက်များကို အခြေခံ၍ များပြားလှစွာသော ဆောင်းပါးများရေးသားဖြန့်ဝေနေသည်ဟု ထုတ်ပြန်ပြောကြားထားသည်ကို တွေ့မြင်ရပါသည်။

ထိုသို့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ ရုရှားသံရုံး၏ ထုတ်ပြန်မှုနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ သံအရာရှိများအား အထူးသတိပြုနိုင်ပါရန် -

(၁) မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်း ဆူပူအကြမ်းဖက်မှုများ ဖြစ်ပေါ်အောင် လှုံ့ဆော်လျှက်ရှိသော မီဒီယာများသည် အနောက်အုပ်စု၏ လက်ဝေခံမီဒီယာများဖြစ်ပြီး အချို့သော သတင်းဌာနများမှာ အစိုးရက တရားဝင်ထုတ်ဝေခွင့်လိုင်စင် ပိတ်သိမ်းထားသည့် မီဒီယာများဖြစ်ပါသည်။ 

(၂) အတိအကျ ဆိုရပါမူ DVB TV News, Mizzima News, The Irrawaddy, Khit Thit Media, Myanmar Now နှင့် ၎င်းတို့နှင့် ဆက်စပ်သော သတင်းဌာနအမည်ခံ အကြမ်းဖက်လှုံ့ဆော်သူများကို အစိုးရက တရားဝင်ပိတ်သိမ်းထားပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ၎င်းတို့အနေဖြင့် အနောက်အုပ်စု၏ အထောက်အပံ့ဖြင့် တရားမဝင် ဆက်လက်ရပ်တည်၍ အကြမ်းဖက်လှုံ့ဆော်မှုများ လုပ်ဆောင်နေခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်ကို သတိချပ်သင့်ပါသည်။

(၃) အဆိုပါသတင်းဌာနများသည် ရုရှား-ယူကရိန်းဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသည့် အရေးကိစ္စတွင်လည်း စစ်ရေးအရ ဆောင်ရွက်ရခြင်း အကြောင်းအရင်းကို အဖြေမရှာဘဲ ရုရှားသမ္မတကြီး ဗလာဒီမာပူတင် ပြောကြားခဲ့သော မုသားအင်ပါယာ ၏ အလိုကျ ရပ်တည်လှုံ့ဆော် ရေးသားမည်မှာ ယုံမှားသံသယဖြစ်ဖွယ် မရှိပါ။

(၄) ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ မြန်မာနေရှင်နယ်ပို့စ်အနေဖြင့် မုသားအင်ပါယာ အနောက်အုပ်စု၏ ခြယ်လှယ်မှုကြောင့် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ တိုင်းပြည်အတွင်း တည်ငြိမ်အေးချမ်းမှုကင်းမဲ့သည့် အခြေအနေဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသည်ကို ထောက်ရှု၍ ရုရှ-ယူကရိန်းအရေး၌ ရုရှားအစိုးရသတင်းအရင်းမြစ်များကိုသာ ကိုးကားဖော်ပြပြီး မုသားအင်ပါယာ အနောက်အုပ်စုက ကမ္ဘာ့ဇာတ်ခုံပေါ်တွင် နိုင်ငံရေးအရ လူပါးဝမှုများကို ရုရှားနိုင်က ဦးဆောင်တိုက်ဖျက်နိုင်ပါစေကြောင်း၊ ရုရှား-မြန်မာ ချစ်ကြည်ရေးကို ရှေးရှု၍ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အနေဖြင့် တိကျသေချာသော ရုရှားသတင်းအရင်းအမြစ်များကိုသာ ကိုးကားဖော်ပြလျှက်ရှိကြောင်း ထုတ်ပြန်အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။

The Announcement of Myanmar National Post concerning the statement of the Russian Embassy of the Republic of Russia to Myanmar media

Russian Embassy of Myanmar stated that most of Myanmar media publish many articles with basing upon unsubstantial informations. 

On such regard, the Russian Embassy officials it's to notify this;

1. Medias which support the surge of terrorism are western sponsored and some are out of Myanmar Government media license. 

2. To be precise, DVB TV News, Mizzima News, The Irrawaddy, Khit Thit Media, Myanmar Now and their sisters, so called medias, such perpeterators are banned from media license. It is to be clearly noted that they are illegally stand stilled by western sponsorship and indulge in terrorism. 

3. It is to undoubtly acknowledge that those medias are propganding for the Empire of Lie, as stated by H. E. Vladimir Putin, the president of the Republic of Russia, without analysing the cause of war affairs of Ukraine-Russia conflit. 

4. As for Myanmar National Post, for we observe the melding of Western Empire of Lies has put our Myanmar into unstable and unpeaceful condition, we strongly do publish outlets by sources with referencing Russian Government Media stream in Ukraine-Russia conflict. As for wishing to utilize the manipulations of western Empire of Lies on world stage by Russia leads, and for Myanmar-Russia friendship as well, we Myanmar National Post only publish outlets which are accurate and truthful by referencing with Russian Government Media sources.
